I feel... disappointment, it feels like you jumped the gun a little and caused uneconomical death. How many miracle points did you lose by not converting the people of Konoha, you could have test fired the cannon and then used its mere presence as a threat. In civilization whenever I go the route of faith I pick perks that give me things based on how many people in other cities are following my religion, then I help that civ out so their pop grows a lot and bam I’m getting huge amounts of gold or science that fuels further expansion of my divine empire.

So first of all, I think this fic is amazing.
From what I’ve gathered, when it was mainly from Gato Junior’s POV, I thought that he isn’t totally devoid of human morals and decency, because he help the woman and planned to help the people in the Bloodline War, but then he even said that ‘Why was I planning to help them?’. But then the ‘Drums Of War’ thing happened and tension raised super fast and I kinda wasn’t so sure anymore.
So anyway, I just wanted to say thank you for writing this, and I love it.
