I get it, I do, but 3 singularities down the line, when you have too many charcters to portray to any reasonable level of coherence. I will say the same thing I am now.

There is a thing of too many charcters. it is likely this story will be abandoned or re-written, because by the end you will have not mentioned any number of characters for 40 or so chapters and it won't even be due to bad planning. If you tell me you have the same planning as something like Air Gear or Index, I will doubt. Give me every digimon character, or Air Gear, or Index, or JoJo, or Reborn, Prince of Tennis, or even every servant in the grail wars off the top off your head. The fact you end up with twice as many characters as you think when you have a master/servant caveat at the minimum, plus any other crap ya want to put into it, means this is at most a first draft. If you make it, cool, but the odds don't like you my friend, they don't like you at all.

To end off, I like this story. Its less balance ya have to be worried about and more how many spreadsheets ya will need, 35 characters is a massive amount compared to normal 14-25 cast with 50 at most any one time. You have 17 in chaldea right now and 19 as return cast already. Even Code Geass only had 70 or so named characters and that is a mess in and of itself.

i kinda hope hakuno is fem hakuno and gets nero tamamo, obviously they have nameless, Gilgamesh (but with only his CCC memories for the hilarity of him not even knowing shirou and his distrust of him), and Altera... just it be awesome

Um is is it just me or did you skip over a lot like how they got Olga back and why Ritsuka trying to get to grey and why is grey in that place to begin with. The reason I am asking is because none of this was covered in the last chapter when I checked and it seems to be skipped over some how and was wondering why or if it was an accident.

I need to call bullshit on having Galahad show up. For one, it's unnecessary, and two, having him talk about the failure of canon FGO falters because you don't even know why he said that.

Also, Shirou, like all of the non typical Magus masters, can easily get along with a majority of Servants except for the most evil solely because of his own morals, but that doesn't mean it's impossible. Medea and EMIYA would actually be fine as servants for him. The former would see a second chance as Shirou wouldn't judge her and help her with a second life, and EMIYA would at least try to steer Shirou away from making a pact with Alaya before killing him.

This is very, very rough in terms of quality. For example: "I understand", Shirou threw both his blades at Tohsaka and she fired at them. They exploded creating a cloud of smoke."" Should not have a comma, and
""At the same time, the young teen turns tail and ran with reinforced legs."" Should have been right after the cloud of smoke sentence.

There needs to be some sort of space between "because of my sister" and "if it weren't". That space can be a comma, hyphen, period, or set of periods(like ...).

Likewise you don't seem to have past tense and present tense gotten down correctly.

This is interesting. I like how you listed in a previous chapter which masters you re putting into use. I cannot wait to see them interacting not only among themselves, but the other servants too. Shirou is going to be so very amusing to see how the servants act around Hakuno. How EMIYA and Gilgamesh act around her in particular too.
