Way too many op sounding skills from the start, that is against everything the gamer is.

The whole point of the gamer is gaining endless power through effort. Not starting out with so many skills. Also my recommendation is if the skill is a passive that will not have extra affects just don’t give it a level. Don’t make it level max. So maybe no level or level—.

Anyway, I didn’t even keep reading to see if it’s good or bad, or even if all those skills are op or just your way of defining what the gamer power is. That many skills from the start was a turn off.

I vote for a rewrite but man can you slow down with. power increase. i would recommend something like dc remastered edition from sir Lucifer morningstar. like put some angst in but dont go crazy with.
