This was absolutely great! I love all the different stories that describe what might have happened following Season 1, ep. 16. For almost all of these stories however, including my own, I know they'd never work on the actual show-usually because of time issues...no pun intended, given it's a time travel show-but anyway, this is why this story was extra-special for me-because I could *totally* see this working on the show! Thanks so much for sharing this.

Oh wow this was super good! I really love the idea of Wyatt interrupting Carol's villain speech & shocking Lucy away with him before things can go too far south. And then their conversation in the car was just yessssss on so many levels! I adored Wyatt telling her that she was too strong to succumb to someone else’s wishes, especially with the addition of - “Trust me, I've tried." Lolllllll

And those last few sentences with Wyatt determining to himself that he’d be there this time as Lucy faces another family crisis? Fantastic.

(Also I’m in the process of writing something that has almost the exact same “as much for his sake as it is for hers” line - guess great minds just think alike, right?! Haha)

I really wonder how the opening scenes/episodes of season 2 will go. I think this reads as very plausible. I hope that Wyatt and Lucy

Oh, wow! LOVE the idea of Wyatt getting to Lucy in time to confront her mom (wish I'd thought of it, lol). I really enjoyed this :))
