I think you've done very well portraying the aftermath of a horrifying event. I'm sorry others just want fluff or their favorite ship. But this has been very honest.
I suffer from ptsd and anxiety. I was agoraphobic for a long time after my event and I never got back to the person I was before. I lost most of my friends. But found new ones thigh it took me a long time to trust them with my insecurities.
And now almost 20 years later I'm doing very well. I still have panic attacks every now and then and ice regained our rebuilt a lot of who I was to become now who I am.
I would have loved to read the end of this but I'm guessing that's not likely to happen. I hope you are safe and well

I'm sorry this is so late like really late. I'm so sad this is almost over. I love Joshaya is going on a date. I hope Josh helps Maya find some of the old herself back. He can't be the person to actually do it because it has to be Maya to find herself but he can help her. I hope Maya can become comfortable in herself and start to really move on from what happen. She'll never forget it but she can move on from it. Thank you for writing and sharing this hard story that is based loosely on some of your own personal experiences.

I can't believe there is only 3 chapters left. I feel there is so much more to this story that can't be wrapped up in 3 chapters but I'm happy you plan on finishing it. I hope we get to read Joshaya's date and more of their journey in the last few chapters.
