I wish all of this happened in canon, not farfetched idea at all. I've always thought he could have gotten his GED if only they all just cool down 1st before speaking or acting rashly. Oh well. Lol. Glad to see it done here. Thank you!

I haven't read all your stories yet, just the two in this series, but they're lovely. I'm always impressed with anyone trying to make sense of the original show, I find it too painful myself and write mostly about the time around the revival. Tbh reading about how it should have been is also kinda painful, but I can't stay away! :) Thank you.

I like it. Tough conversations, but I think you handled them well. I like that Rory waited, and that Luke admitted to how he could have handled things better.

I enjoyed reading Rediscovering Communication awhile ago. I thought it was a perfect little one-shot to fix that horrible scene in Say Goodnight, Gracie. But I think I enjoyed this one-shot even more. There was just something about Luke and Jess' relationship that was really poignant for me, and you do a wonderful job of capturing their characters in this story. The actions are on point, as is the dialogue, and everything just feels very real. Thank you so much for writing, and it's really nice to see you writing fanfic again.

Really enjoyed this. Hard to believe that Jess was in the right place (the bus) to see Rory - and that that alone was enough for him to change his exit plan. GOOD. Luke could have been a huge obstacle but he wasn't. There is blame enough to go around. But Jess suddenly grow wiser and is willing to work to fix things. GOOD. Looking forward to more of the odyssey.
