Personally, I write (and read!) for my own amusement and to decompress from life, so I don't give a rat's ass what people think. I post my fics on the off chance someone will derive some enjoyment or escapism from it. You do you! And please, post for those of us who need an escape from reality and ignore the idiotic trolls. Four kids, a husband, a farm, a thesis for my master's degree, and teaching high school drives me to fanfiction rather than to drink, please for all that is holy, keep writing... Or some of us might to turn other vices. Not enough people write anymore :( |
