Very nicely done. I love the interaction between the Boleyn sisters, and Mary Boleyn's reaction to the news of Mary Tudor's appointment as a lady-in-waiting fits very well with her protectiveness towards Anne in my story. Anne's practicality and ability to see the big picture also fits; once she took the Oath, Mary had to be placed somewhere and there was no way that Anne would ever allow her to be placed at Hatfield.

I love that you picked up on Anne's awareness that, had she allowed Henry to reject Edward Fitzroy for her sake, it would have come back to haunt her. She's right that Henry would have come to resent her for it, even if they are on much better terms in this AU than their canon/historical counterparts were during their marriage.

Very nice and thought out! I'm just a little unhappy about Anne's sister sleeping next to her. That is no longer needed in 'At the Edge of a Golden World'. This way one of my favourite points of AtEoaGW is... kind of ruined...

Hurrah! Another tale to read - is it embarrassing to admit that I scrambled to open the link as soon as the story alert email came in? I really do enjoy your writing style - it makes your tales absorbing and a pleasure to read.

Admittedly, I haven't read 'On the Edge of a Golden World'; but from the occasional moments of 'huh?' on my part at certain points in the story, guess what I'll be reading tonight?

Minor outbreak of pedantry: the plural of 'Lady in Waiting' is 'Ladies in Waiting'. Yeah, I know. Pedant! ;-)
