| Cthulhu488 chapter 78 . 8/6 This chapter comes off as especially cynical. You can really feel the disappointment, distrust and distaste the characters have for basically every major source of authority in their world. I thought that you might portray Ozpin and the academy in at least a semi-positive light, but in the end you chose to shatter any last hope of seeing some sort of force for positive change in this world you created. The way you portrayed Goodwitch should seem demoralizing to Ruby, someone who used to really look up to huntsmen. Now she's just too emotionally exhausted to even be phased by it. |

| slayergopher chapter 77 . 8/3 ! *that* was not what was expecting and what i was thinking when Goodwitch popped in for that cliffhanger of a chapter end. Thirty Seconds is entirely too long (kidding) to wait for chapter 78 to see what happens for Glynda's help and what happens next! :D A last thought is about Blake's journal entry almost sounds as if she were halfway leaving that part for the rest of RWY to read to "explain" something when she leaves (which is a strong feeling at this moment). |
