I wanted to thank you for writing such a great storry. I love it so much. It is my top 2 fanfiction of all time. And that is saying something since I read a lot of fanfict in the last 10 years xD
It is so well written and the characters and their relationships are perfect. I enjoyed every single chapter.. I was laughing and crying along the way. You really captured my emotions with your writing.
The only complain I have is how long it took Merthur to happen. I understand why, tho. I, too, like Gwen and you had to put her relationship with Arthur to an end before starting it with Merlin. I loved the way you did it. Arthur loved Gwen, but his true soulmate will always (quite literally in your story) be Merlin.
Again, thank you for such a great storry, I hope you decide to write some more long stories in this fandom, because you are really talented! Love you! :D

this was sweet and SO much better than cannon's ending. You made it much more believable too than most fics. Instead of them immediately getting together and hurting Gwen who they both loved (in their own way) They got together while still respecting her, though if she hadn't died young I'm not sure what any of them would have done... would they all (Arthur, MErlin, Gwen) just keep going on as they had been?

Anyway Prince Philip was an awesome idea. Though it does sadden me that they never had kids, they both would of made great fathers. Least I think so.

I just starting to watch the series again recently, first time i watch it is when i am teeneger or so. But i became a shipper after realising how much Merlin care and worrying about Arthur that it was so unreal to be called friendship in my opinion.. watching the end of the series is breaking my heart thinking how Merlin would live the rest of his life without Arthur... thanks God your story giving me a bit reasurring end.. a story that was meaningfull that i would ever read.. once again thank you for putting my heart at ease... Keep up the good story, ok...

So, Merlin forgave Arthur for sleeping with another after their feelings were revealed at last?

Just like that?!

What Merlin did he did out of love for Arthur, guilt, to protect him, and confusion. This didn't just involve Arthur, it concerned Merlin too and to realize that you are immortal... Well, it takes time to process.

But Arthur... He slept with another. That is the ultimate betrayal I believe. You kissed someone else, you touched and let someone else touch you... And then to go right after this to Merlin and touch him... Kiss him. Not only that, but their FIRST kiss. It's tainted. Arthur touched another, kissed another and he has the gall to go and hold Merlin, to kiss him.

I'm sorry, I don't think that is acceptable. If I was in Merlin's place... Well, I bet Arthur would sure be glad that we were immortal because he would need all of that time for me to even consider forgiving him.

I think I'm going to stop reading here, I just can't continue after this.

So adorable. Cried in the end.
