your story is amazing. i am team Caio all the way. he doesn't need an imprint to love Raena. he just does. he's nice, caring, understanding and whatever adjective you can give to a good guy protagonist. I'm sorry Raena's dada sucks as a human but he would have been a better parent for her. think about it , if he had his way raena would have grown up as witch royalty and married into what seems to be the most caring and functional family in the world. instead her mother kidnapped her as a baby and couldn't be bothered to monitor her enough to prevent her rape and subsequent heroin addiction AT 12 YEARS OLD! after her first overdose i would have reached out to the witches for help. why live in poverty with a daughter who is an addict just because you dont want her to live a life as a royal with supermagical abilities and a caring family ,arranged marriage sucks but is regularly practiced in multiple cultures throughout the world. areanged marriage does not equal overbearing evil husband. case and point Caio.
