That's why AU fanfics exist - if someone wanted to waste their time writing a canon-related story, why bother - the author of the series has already done it. Change even one thing - hopefully EVERYTHING after a singular event - and it's (often thankfully - I mean, come on...Hermione with...WONWON? No. Harry with GinGinTheRabidFanGurl? HURL. ) no longer canon...which is the point of fanfiction! :D |

| Cateagle chapter 1 . 12/3/2019 Heh, that works very well indeed. I daresay that Dumbledore earned his reward here. Lots of interesting tidbits here that I'm sure could be useful elsewhere. I don't feel a bit sorry for Quirell or for Riddle, they made their choices and deserve the results of those choices. What happened to all the marked followers of Riddle was also earned and I'm not a bit disturbed by it, though I do think they would have been properly served by being reduced to complete non-magicals. |
