Belle Reve is located in either Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana or the city of Metropolis, while Blackgate Penitentiary sits right smack dab in the middle of Gotham City’s harbor, and is thus the prison that would service Gotham City... and Waller is known to recruit out of Blackgate just as frequently as she does out of Belle Reve.

There are good points and bad points in for this story. The good point is; your chapter is a descent length. That Harry discovered Wandless Magic, is cool. And Harry has already learn about Stupify and He could has used that when they stormed into his holding cell.

However, I've read the Batman comics and most other stuff, and Batman will not throw Harry into a cell. Especially when the Dark Knight has seen Harry uses his Magic by throwing the other man into a wall.

Also Batman has a built in camera in cowl that scanned the whole room. He would have noticed the broken in window. The teenager stabbed and Harry's reaction.

Your Batman is far too OOC and the end result of this chapter felt too forced. Batman also would have wait until Harry returned from his conscious state and will interrogate him and would have then discover that Harry is innocent.

Next is that Alfred watch most of the time with him through the cameras. So, all in all, the end result is pretty bad and not exactly to my taste.

This is kind of stupid. They had no evidence of him committing the crime. The only thing Batman saw was Harry puking his gut out next to the crime scene which is normal if u stump upon one. They said that Batman saw him using “meta ability”. If Batman was there when Harry using his magic, he would have seen Victor Zsasz fleeing the scene. That aside, a body with a lot of stabs wound, a bald man covered in scars. The only stronger clue is Zsasz called the police and admit he killed the kid himself. Seriously, Gotham police is incompetent, and sometimes corrupt, but they are not moron. No trial because the criminal is too dangerous. U do know what an inhibitor collar is, right? How do u think they control the inmates in Belle Reve! All in all, this is another instance where plot dictate characters intelligence, not a trait of a good fic.

Hehe this'll be funny, imagine him in prison haha with a bunch of nut jobs with powers, also, if they don't know his powers how can they use the collar to bind them? Or will that be kinda obvious next chapter?
