no, I really think you're spot in with Shos behavior here. he would definitely be that unprofessional, because he doesn't care about Rens job, or work ethic. his own work, he would do, if he agreed to it... but Rens? he'd just slack off, and either drop everything, or go in, and intentionally ruin people's opinions...

I'm not really a fan of switching bodies, but I enjoyed your story a lot! I like the rhythm of the writing and I had never considered before how fun it could be to have a Ren-Kyoko confession with Yashiro in the room. Hahaha good job!
