wow, major anguish! Oh I want to see how Hector became so free spirited, or as free spirited as one can be when they have been forcibly forgotten can be, in the movie. Please keep going.

P.s: as well as when he finds out Imelda died what about La Cruse. We know that before Megel came they hadn't meet face to face but maybe Hector tried to see his old friend a few times. Just an idea.

This is a very good start so far! You did an excellent job describing Hector's mixed emotions during the whole time. I feel so bad for the poor guy.

However, one tiny piece of advice I would like to offer: I know right now it's just Hector, but perhaps maybe write more interaction? Like you mentioned he had an uncle in here. Perhaps in the future, you could write the two of them having one on one interaction, along with some other skeletons.
