This story already seems like it's going to be a blast, but more than anything else, I absolutely love your characterization of Arrin, particularly. Just by showing his actions and his little quips here and there, we're one chapter in and we already know so much about him and his sort of haughty, can't-be-bothered-with-all-this character xD He actually reminds me a lot of Bilbo Baggins- he'd have been perfectly fine having nothing happen :p

I'm very excited to see what happens, but even more excited to see Arrin and Allie interacting! You have a gift when it comes to portraying characters and their relationships, and particularly their interactions with others, so I'm beyond excited to read more :D

Oh my gosh this is amazing! I love all the description at the beginning and the characters are really well created. Please do more chapters - the storyline could be amazing...
