I'm fell pity with Gene, because He look like he just want to break up with peace with his ex. But this what Anne do to him, you are one of the most shamefull girl in my world now Anne. How could you do that to little old Gene?
Honestly i'm not understand at all about law, but i think I have a same law like Japan for this matter.
Anyway i can not wait to see when Naru and Mai meet for the first time, i think Mai will have a big surprise when it came.

I did enjoy the nerdy law drama too. Your knowledge of how attorneys speak to their clients/ law firm protocol was engaging and gave the chapter more depth. It feels as if Gene is really going through his horrible break-up. Can't wait for the next chapter : )

I was very happy to get the notification that you had updated this story. Poor Gene,his ex is playing hardball. Mai is trying to figure out who she loves. Love how you brought Yasu into the story. I am team MaiXNaru forever! So Gene back off! Mai belongs to Naru! Update when you can.

Poor Gene. It sounds like it was a bad break up and now the legal process that is just dragging it out... but I'll take you on your word and hope he isn't in too much of a trouble :D hmm, it's a little troubling that Ayako seems to have put some ideas in Mai's head regarding Gene and downplayed Naru's possibility in her future. And then there's also Ayako's party coming up before Naru gets to Japan where she will meet Gene outside the law firm. Let's hope Naru will somehow now make Mai's mood better and remind her of his existence enough that she will still be considering him when he gets to Japan and there is no scandal going to come up between the brothers. Poor Gene! That is a shitty situation to have been in. Ugh, what an awful lady. I'm glad he was finally able to speak with Noll about it. I'm just going to be so sad if Gene ends up falling for Mai! I am really looking forward to the three of them finally meeting face to face and realizing what's going on. Thanks for the update!
