I didn't think you could increase the angst from the other two stories in this sort-of series, but you did! The beginning of the story, especially that first paragraph, gave me chills. The ending held hope, which was a nice counterbalance. Are you planning one more story in this 'series' with some fluffy comfort as Jason recovers? Please?
