I mean, of course they were spying on him. Less than a week before Ichigo got that badge, he and his friends broke into Soul Society and put dozens of shinigami in the hospital, including multiple captains. Afterwards, Ichigo proves willing to go against any orders he doesn't like and generally just ignore orders and seniority in general. Any organization with any competence would spy on him to make sure he's not going to decide he's gotta turn against them for some reason or other.

OMG! This is so good i really like how you developed ichigo's character as he is more friendly and made friends with the espada and even riruka, i expected the one ichigo throw the blame was kiskue but ginjo is good too,
although this fanfic hasn't been updated in a while i really hope i can see it's conclusion

I really like this story. I’ve binged all the current chapters (1-6) and this is everything I’ve wanted in a Bleach story (more arrancar content, Independent Ichigo, acknowledging the soul societies failures and problems) without going overboard into making it bad. I really hope you come back to this one day, it’s really good.

I'm love'n your story so far and hope to see how it ends up playing out, your doing a good job so far, well done.

PS: for your questions, Ichigo is most likely to be dead and is using his body as a Gigai. I agree as to there being never to none in regards to evidence, but I like to think it plausible as his father is in a 'proper' Gigai and it essentially works the same as a real body as it ages and is able to produce offspring. So for saying that Ichigo's body just became his Gigai in not really in anyway incorrect.

As for where Silbern actually located, I think when they say "In the shadow of the Seireitei" they could actually be referring to the outer reaches of the Soul Society, beyond the Rukongai, as seen in in the bound arc, when they originally lived in the desert beyond the Rukongai. So in summary they could actually be living far out and well distance away from 'heart' of Soul Society.

Also in regards to when Quincy die I believe they would end up in hell. To be condemned to hell you would have to commit grave sins such as murder, assault or rape etc...so how is completely destroying a souls not a sin, as when they are truly destroyed they can never be reborn and the balance is put out. From what I can see the Quincy seen in the Wandenreich are the original surviving Quincy from the first confrontation of the Quincy and Shinigami.
