Dude, just give HARRY POTTER a magic wand and move on. Why are you bothering with all that other crap that doesn't belong with a wizard? He's not a mutant, not an amazon, not a demi, not a metahuman, not whatever other crap you tried to offload on him. Keep it simple stupid. People are here for Harry and magic, not somebody that could've had any other name and abilities that have next to nothing to do with spells. At that point you should just make it an OC. Doesn't have to be Harry Potter if you're already changing so much about him.
