I love the way you wrote out the dream sequence. I can't help but wonder if it is connected to Rin's mother in some way! Or, it could possibly be an indicator of something to happen in the future - I suppose we'll just have to read and find out. It seems that Rin had so much on her mind with Kohaku that she didn't have time to think about Sesshomaru's request. I wonder how her family will react to it especially since they seem to be quite protective of Rin. Looking forward to more SesshRin in coming chapters! XD

The information given in the first part has to make click with the "intermission" part, and looks very complicated since at the manga in Kgome's era nobody seems to believe anymore in youkai, but in your story Kikyo is not part of Kagome and everybody is aware of the existence of youkai, even go drinking with them to Izakaya to Unmei, so...
Both stories are very interesting, I really hope everything make sense at the end.
Also, OMG poor poor Kohaku! I feel so bad for him! Hopefully he can meet someone else soon :(

I'm certainly enjoying the intermission. I have so many questions after reading thr second part of the intermission but I'm sure they'll be answered shortly.

Oh Inu-kun! He's always so complicated when it comes to Kagome but I can't say that Sessh isn't when it comes to Rin. Hahaha. Guess the Inu-brothers are more alike than they care to admit.

Waiting eagerly to hear Rin's answer also will we see more Inu-Kag as well?

I don't mind the back and forth in time, your setting the story up. I'm guessing Saki's mother is dead? Will Inuyasha ever get the courage to go to Higurashi shrine? Can't wait to read more and find out!
