If you're looking for Female Zanpakuto Spirits I only know 3 by name there's 2 more possible spirits but I'm not sure. The one's I do know are: Shirai Yuki, Beni Hime, and Hai Neko. The two I'm not sure of, well one I don't remember the name of and it's Soi Fon's, the other is Senbon Zakura, I just looked up the latter and found it's male. Sui Feng's Spirit Suzumebachi is actually rather cute, problem is she's referred to as being small not sure how small she is though.

I'm looking up names you've got for Ren's Harem and I've come across an unknown and it's Mahiro, the closest name I can find is Mashiro.

Anyways for Ichigo I'm not sure, Senna is, for lack of a better word, an Artificial Shinigami. Nelliel is an Arrancar and is far older than Ichigo, not only that he will continue to age and eventually die, and Nozomi is a Mod Soul, so in all honesty I'm not sure who'd be decent for Ichigo. I'd love for Ichigo to end up with a human like Orihime or even Tatsuki, and I'd laugh my butt off if Chizuru ended up getting attracted to Ren.
