I'm so happy to have another chapter of this story! Of course Don's evil ass is friends with Jonathan and Will's deadbeat dad. I can't stand to see Ally dealing with all that abuse. She does so much to protect Dustin (like a great big sister), but nobody protects her :( I felt so bad for Ally when Jonathan wouldn't listen to her. I bet he'll regret it. OMG, Barb is alive! Yes! This is a big change and I'm curious how the story will continue.

Wow! Awesome chapter, really plunging headfirst into canon, anyways it's a really great story. I haven't been reading it long, and I'll admit for a while I was thinking it might be dead due to the huge hiatus. 18 months is a pretty long time for a chapter, but I'd say it was worth the wait! Kind of like with how long it took season 3 to come out itself. With that said, I'm still hoping you can churn out a few more chapters before I ship out in a few months. They won't let me keep my phone when I do :(

I’m loving this update! I really like that Ally is being brought into the fold with the kids storyline, I definitely think her presence will influence things in an interesting way! I love all her interactions with Jonathan and definitely can’t wait to see how their relationship progress, but I also love all her moments with Dustin. Their bond as siblings is so powerful and the two of them having to deal with the abuse at home from their step dad as well as everything that unfolds in season one, makes me feel so bad for the crappy hand they’ve been dealt, but it also makes the story so interesting. I can’t wait to read more!
