Canon Harry was short-tempered due to his connection with Voldemort making him always feel angry so I wouldn't call him perfect. His response to Hermione giving his Firebolt to McGonagall in Third Year without asking was pretty bad as well despite the fact that she was only worried about him due to having a supposed mass murderer after him. The only mistake she made was not asking first and pointing out to him that it may have been cursed and to remember his first game where his broom was cursed. As for being OP considering the sheer number of fandoms and series out there, The Harry Potter series is low on the supernatural power scale but decent in the versatility scale so most Harry Potter crossovers tend to be OP by default. If you wanted to make an OP FemHarry, make her a Kryptonian with Mastery of both Death and the Speed Force with having a full knowledge of everything Kryptonian downloaded into her brain as well as the Divinity, Magic and full memories of "The Wizard" from the Rock of Eternity as well as the the combined powers of both Captain Marvel and Black Adam and complete mastery of all that power. I personally would read a story like that or a Kryptonian Goddess story or a Fem Kryptonian with Speed Force access or a Fem Harry whom is the the Heiress of "The Wizard" and Merlin, basically a Magic Goddess. Seeing a Magic Goddess in Harry Potter and watching pure blooded idiots make fools of themselves with their inbreeding BS would be hilarious. I love the idea of this fic. Xanxus really needs a proper Cloud Guardian and a competent Lightning Guardian. He really had the short end of the stick there.
