So thought that parts of this were good, other parts not so much. Specifically, I really liked Koneko's story line, thought it was the most natural. Also liked how you made her more talkative than in the show. Akino's was fine, if a bit over dramatic, and I thought keeping her personality mostly the same was smart. I can't really see her ever trying to betray Koneko like that, but I know it was for the sake of the story. However, I think that Rias's character was, well, poor. Clearly a devolution from how she acts in the show, it was not an improvement.

Also, I thought it was strange how Issei suddenly knew how to be a professional dom without any explanation as to how he knew this stuff. Especially him administering aftercare. Again I get it was needed for the story but there should have been something between the prologue and Issei's first encounter with Koneko explaining how he knew how to properly do his without going to far and figuring out what their limits were.

Finally, I found all the Pavlovian conditioning pretty creepy and unnecessary, especially with how Issei was talking, with all the "good girls do x and you want to be a good girl" stuff. I get that it's part of the fantasy/kink, but i did not enjoy it and also found it extremely out of character.

All in all an interesting read.

"Don't you dare compare me to that trash!" Her voice rose indignantly. "I have never treated you with anything but respect. Don't you dare try to tell me that I have to suffer your distrust because she hurt you."

Rias is 150% out of line here, just as she was 150% out of line for not listening to Koneko's worries earlier. I get that you are trying to draw parallels between Koneko's fears and how she was treating Issei, and Issei's fears and how he was doubting Rias and Akeno. But they aren't parallels, and are very different.

Koneko was intentionally hurting Issei and trying to sabotage his relationship with Rias. That is very, very different from Issei's situation. You yourself pointed out some very valid fears he would have. He was considered a loser, was asked out by a super hot girl, and she murdered him! Of course he's going to have some issues. I don't think it's at all a fair comparison between the two situations.

Furthermore, you've made Rias was too emotional. Her slapping him and flawed reasoning about the situation aside, from a literary standpoint we the reader really don't need to have insight about what she's thinking about every single sentence that Issei says. Just reads super awkwardly.

Don't you think it's somewhat odd for Issei to be instigating an older brother / younger sister relationship with Koneko, and for her to be reciprocating that since she had admitted to liking him and he's stated he intends to include her in his harem?

Clicked on this because I was kinda curious, not really my fetish. However I've gotta say, so far this might be the best version of Issei I've ever read. I hate how people try and write fanfiction as if they were trying to translate an anime into a book, with the way the characters act and talk and the situations that happen. This feels like you're writing Issei, the real person, not Issei, the anime trope. So mega props for that.
