Aww 6 months already and yeah i still miss them together. I still love Ethan but there is something missing now. It s supposed to be Cal and Ethan forever!

Gosh, I love this. I love your writing and I love this and ugh it's SO GOOD. The emotion and the conversation and everything is so realistic. You've captured their characters perfectly. Loved this.

Wow, I really felt the rollercoaster of emotions in this. From fear, to anger, to some semblance of relief. So, so well written.

When they laid in the bed together, that was so poignant. There's something about a sibling relationship that is so special and their relationship is hard to beat, so I think you portrayed that really well. Not going to lie... I almost shed a tear at the last few sentences (and I really don't cry much). It was so powerful.

Loved this. So fantastically written and much closer to how I would have liked this storyline to have been resolved lol. I hope you continue to write Ethan/Cal based fiction, because you are so talented at it. I love everything you put out! Can't wait to see what you write next.

Enjoyed the chapter, which I read last night but was too tired to leave a review. Both boys are suffering at the loss of Alicia. I'm glad Ethan acknowledged that she was happy with Cal. Loved the little comforting big at the end.

This was beautiful, I'm glad the death wasn't one of the brothers. Poor Ethan, grieving the loss of Alicia, it was heart-breaking when he begged Connie not to give up on her. I hope her parents don't blame him for her death. I'm glad Ethan has Cal for support.

From the minutiae of the dialogue right down to how Ethan reacted, the speech, sequencing of events, everything done so fluently. Beautiful writing, I genuinely applaud you (even though I'm sobbing for Alicia). Seriously, well done. Please write more for these three! X

What a brilliant story! I was hooked from the very beginning! This story makes me miss Cal so much more... I feel like they should not have killed him off because he is such a brilliant character! Please keep writing such brilliant stories! :)

Great to see another story from you. I have lost the motivation to write for them at the moment.
I still miss seeing him in the ED. There was a picture on Twitter posted by them both on Saturday night of them together - they had obviously met up somewhere and that brought it all back again and I felt sad all over again so it's not just you. Also I've just had to watch one of my favourite characters in Emmerdale die too so it's not been a good year for my favourites.
Looking forward to the next chapter xx

The emotion was so raw and honest, and I especially liked the little nods towards the brothers' fight for Alicia. I was never a fan of that storyline to be honest, but you made it a lot more bearable lol.

I also have to say that the action sequence was incredible. Often when I'm reading action scenes with little dialogue I find it jerky or clumsy because the author moves too fast (or too slow) but your scene was perfect! I could picture it all.

Can't wait for the second half!

Oh my gosh me too, nowhere NEAR close to being over it. Don't think I ever will be.

However, as awful as this sounds, I kind of wish this would have happened instead? I care much more for Cal than Alicia, even though neither deserves to die.

This was so good, though. The raw emotion and how Ethan behaved straight after Alicia's death and the fight and... this was so SO well written and I love it (although I'm kind of close to crying because Cal's dead in canon and UGHH yeah, fun times over a fictional character...) But wow, loved loved LOVED this!

I am bawling! So emotional, amazing writing!
