Okay, I don't understand how he's 5'9" when he's only 11 going on 12. Like seriously, that's impossible. Also, his heir rings don't make him a Lord of his houses, that's his lordship rings. He's not even magically nor age appropriate to gain his lordship rings unless he got enter in the tri wizard tournament. The way your writing this story plot, makes it seem like he's already 14 going on 15 years old, not 11 turning 12.

Did Harry walk into the compartment and sit down, or walk in wait for Draco to invite him to sit?

When the person talking changes you need to start another paragraph. Otherwise it turns into a jumbled mess. Also, you need to add an " when people stop talking as well as when they start.

If Bella escaped after the attack on the Longbottoms, why did it take her between 10 and 12 years to get a new wand?

So, a lot happened in this chapter and everything seams to be going very quickly. From Harry's sudden acceptance from the Slytherins to being a master of magic, it all happens way too fast to be believable. You need to slow this down somewhat and try and make Harry's progression be less of a wild leap.

Fascinating! How evil do you intend to let Harry become? Haven't the order noticed Harry never arrived at Durzkaban? Wouldn't Dumbles have been contacted by Gringott's when Harry received his heir rings? Minor mistake, four rings appeared, should be five rings. Please have a chapter about Fumbles & Molly's reaction to Harry having slipped the noose. With your descriptive abilities it should be marvelous. Update soon.

Wait a moment! If he's eleven, he should be in his first year! You typed in third year. It's aurors, not auroras. If your spell checker changed it, you'll need to keep an eye on that. Though it does move slightly fast, and Harry seems to know more about how it to get things done in the magical world than he should as a muggle raised child new to the magical world, it's a really good storyline. It will be interesting to see how this progresses.
