angel of darkeness chapter 15 . 1/27/2018
this is a great story and both endings are good i like the first one just a bit more
guest chapter 15 . 11/17/2017
Both epilogues are nice but I think the first one is better. She has found herself and knows what she wants, confident and time apart did help them. And Cedric has improved.
Guest chapter 15 . 11/16/2017
So I think the first ending makes the most sense... I feel like if Sofia found out she was pregnant she wouldn't have kept it from Cedric for so long... That seems like a pretty selfish thing for her to do... Plus I imagine it would have been difficult to do all the traveling and exploring that she wanted to do while she was pregnant... I guess the 2nd ending isn't completely implausible, but I would have liked to hear more of a justification from her as to why she made the choice she made, and I think Cedric would have reacted much more violently than he did... I know I would be devastated if I found out the woman I loved had left me while she was knowingly pregnant with my child just so she could fulfill her own desires to explore the world...
Lilactime chapter 15 . 11/16/2017
As you said Ending one is ideal and hopefully how things end up, but ending Two seems more inline with the story itself.
Lilactime chapter 14 . 11/16/2017
It's sad but I think she needs to find her own independence. And hopefully in a Jane Eyre fashion, they'll tind there way back to each other.
Nicki Plague chapter 15 . 11/15/2017
Goddess...they are both such good endings...I think I lean more towards the first because it seems a bit of a healthier relationship. I do love that they have a son in the second one though! I loved both soo much.
I look forward to your next work!

GAH! I can't decide which I like better! I mean, the first one is probably the perfect "ending" but the second one has a baby! I'm an absolute sucker for babies when it comes to these two! I simply can't decide. They're both fantastic!

Epilogue A: It certainly has its merits as far as believability goes. It's honestly the most likely outcome from the turn of events of previous chapters. I'm glad to see Cedric taking care of himself for once and knowing that he waited for Sofia all that time. Also I love the idea of Sofia spending time in Avalor (I actually started a story I scrapped where she was abroad in Avalor for a while but the idea still charms me.) I'm assuming Mateo was her teacher... (and potential Latin lover? Ahahaha)

Epilogue B: Cedric shouldn't have tracked her down. It was intrusive and went entirely against her wishes, but I'm glad he did it. My heart nearly broke a little when Cedric thought he was seated in another man's chair. I was holding out hope that she would say it was their child's chair and indeed, she did! Ah, babies. They just make me so happy. I'm more excited to picture their little one all snug in bed with Cedric watching over him in awe than to picture anything else. Too adorable of a prospect! Heart eyes!
Nicki Plague chapter 14 . 11/15/2017
Completely heartwrenching and utterly sad...oh Cedric, his heart will be hurting, but Sofia needs this. After all the torment and sorrow she has been forced to endure this freedom will be wonderful. I can see her being pregnant immediately. I really hope you put a nice little bow of an epilogue on top of this.
I loved this, hope for an epilogue, and look forward to your next endeavor.
Ashruka Krusnik chapter 14 . 11/14/2017
I think she is
Berriestart-lilacsweet chapter 14 . 11/14/2017
I agree with her decision. she needs time to herself for a while. I hope she finds her way back to cedric. hopefully they both will blossom into "new" people during their time apart. and perhaps part of her healing will finally be to bare a child; Cedric's child. something to bring them together in the end and spending good to strive for.
guest chapter 14 . 11/14/2017
I like the ending. It is the best choice for Sofia after what she has been through and the circumstances which led to this kind of life. Time apart will help her be her own person, find her inner peace and maybe later see things with Cedric from a different prism, even forgive him.
cedfiafics chapter 14 . 11/14/2017
You made me cry... AT WORK T_T

This ending is fitting and this is honestly what Sofia deserves. She's spent her whole life with people making decisions for her, even Cedric and Amber. She needs some time to be able to make her own decisions without having to question whether or not she's just a puppet on somebody else's strings. I hope that after she sees what she needs to see of the world she can come back to Cedric, forgive his transgressions and move on with him. Also keeping my fingers crossed that she has a little Ced baby starting its life in her womb...

Lovely story, my friend! It had everything I want in a story. I loved it!
guest chapter 13 . 11/13/2017
I like Tilly's check that she is indeed Sofia and the enthusiasm of James.
Berriestart-lilacsweet chapter 13 . 11/12/2017
of course Tilly would test her! what a bittersweet reunion. hopefully they can think of a way to right everything and sofia and Cedric can begin a life together, and of course over time absolve him of his sins. Sofia's reflections in bed with cedric was quite sweet and very believable
Nicki Plague chapter 13 . 11/12/2017
Oh my...that reunion was wonderful. Short and sweet with just a touch of pain. Tilly testing her and James running out (I'm assuming) the second he learned she was there were beautifully done and surprisingly in character IMO...
I loved this and eagerly await the next installment!
