Holy freakin hell. This entire thing was a journey.
Like, I just binge read it and it was the perfect balance of mystery, horror, fluff, and comedy. It's like- I want a continuation because I want more of this really good story, but it was wrapped up so perfectly that anything else would seem cheap. Feel me?

Also Gobber's "Es tha' it?" was amazing and totally fit the "old problems solved with modern solutions" bit.

I loved this story so much! The little twist and turns though out were great and then that ending!perfect!

Well, I guess curses may get broken but a new one will just get discovered. Still it's a happy ending for the most part. :)

Also the "Far From Home" story sounds great. I do hope to see it when you get around to writing it.

Loved the story! Great AU. Always love it when an author does something incredibly different and interesting. Reminded me a little of the Mediator books but in a good way! The story was an incredible read. Held me all the way through and never a dull moment.

Who the heck needs sleep when there's a ghost au waiting to be read? This was AWESOME! Loved it! I know the notes said it was supposed to be a short story, and I am SO glad it wasn't. The creepiness was done just right, as was the humor, sarcasm, and Astrid finding her inner badass. I think my favorite conversation was when they asked Hiccup where he last saw his body - "I was wearing it" - my sister looked at me like I was crazy b/c of how I was laughing.

Well, seems like the Halloween story finally finished. Although I think that the ending left some unanswered things, it's top-notch. And you still have 4 months until next Halloween.
Also, I'm hyped for your next story: the idea seems good, and your writing skills will make it great.
