Why is Gandalf (and Gwaihir, for that matter) mentioned in the plural instead of in the singular? 'They still stood tall and unbowed', for instance, would rather be 'he still stood tall and unbowed', since he is an individual Maia. Makes th reading confusing.

Wow! Exciting hardly covers this. Middle Earth has dropped into "our" Earth and it's a catastrophe! How will those we call heros cope?

Wow, you did a lot of research for this, didn't you? I mean, damn, I've read a lot of well-written stuff on here, and yeah, the writers do their research on LotR,, but you've got so much actual history (as opposed to an imaginary town for ease of storytelling) in this, that my mind keeps putting my friend Frank's voice as the narration. He's a degreed historian who basically specializes in the medieval and renaissance times.

I have to say that I love this story and is wondering if U ever though of creating a story where Margot’s broke his chains and went to earth starting dagor dagorath I think u have the talent to do so hope u update soon and will await for the next chapter
