I can totally see Bolin jumping around in excitement. He then runs to show his brother and everyone. I can see him smile at his brother after making fire for him to see.

You have my attention. Although, it doesn't make much sense for Korra to stay with Tenzin if she doesn't need to learn airbending, but maybe that will be addressed later in the story.

Looks like Bolin has already mastered lightning bending... will he able to bend a lava as well? He’ll be the most powerful and versatile avatar if he can do that.

I really love your story here. I too have a AU in which Bolin is the Avatar and have a lot of headcannons and ideas about it.
That being said, I think you would greatly benefit form a beta reader. You have very nice ideas, but you have grammar mistakes and lack commas and such. You would benefit form going into more details with Bolin's thoughts.

I love it and cant wait for the rest. I love Bolin-centric stories, espeicialy those who have a focus on the relationship between Mako and Bolin. Again, cant wait for the next chapter.

Well as clueless as he is he's still a powerful bender even without avatar's power. Now he can firebend but I hope he won't stop there and can also do lightning bend. I guess Korra would his teacher for water bending then.
