Despite the fact that Rogue Servitors are the most interesting of all the Machine Empires- no, ALL the empires in Stellaris, in my opinion, I honestly never expected anyone to create a fanfiction of them, let alone an interesting one. I am now glad that I was wrong and found more than I could hope for.

In fact, I can imagine this actually happening in-game, given how we can envision a pre-FTL empire having more superstition than knowledge on a xeno gestalt, much so for a mechanical one, so having pops die of terror and be frightened of free pampering actually makes sense. The minimalist details scattered yet well-placed across the story only made it more interesting, and a more entertaining read.

Besides that, good work. I'm still hoping for Paradox to expand on Totally-Not-Blood-Red Servitors, but I'm still gonna keep re-reading this and hoping for a sequel.

So this was the most original and funny robot invasion take I've seen in a good long while. I really enjoyed it! Thanks for writing. :)

Very cleverly done. It manages to be both sinister and hilarious at the same time and really got into the spirit of the rogue servitors. I might have to play a rogue servitor empire in my next run!

Above all, I really liked the small details you went into. The fact that a deposed leader would be less likely to accept mandatory pampering seems obvious, but it's something I probably would have overlooked myself. The fact that LCA01 and ACA02 both had personality despite both being machines was great as well, as was the subtle reference to funny cat videos.

Anyway, great work. I've really enjoyed this.
