Daichi can increase the weight of anything that he's looking at. The closer he gets to the target of his quirk, the more weight is applied. If he blinks or is too far away his quirk is ineffective.

So, since you stated that quirks are fine if I have no ideas for OCs, so i'll do exactly that, along with some other things my brain came up with.

So, since I noticed that the you scaled down the suggestions given to you I thought "why not scale a seemingly useless power up?" The Box ghost from danny phantom, with the ability to move boxes, scaled up should lead to the ability to move buildings (since they are essentially giant boxes when looking at it from a different angle). Should be useful against giant kaijus, whether it be to hit them with one or to save a building filled with people. Side effect would be that it attracts spheres towards the user (a bit of an ironic twist there since they can manipulate cubes/rectangular prisms. Hmm, this would make them a great goalie in soccer, how about add an anecdote about them discovering this side effect due to always being hit by the ball during gym class, any ball, whether it be a soccer ball, a tennis ball, or a volleyball).

Next, I thought "how about a side effect that works well with Izuku's quirk?" So decided on a side effect that would create an energy and while heat/fire is the first that came to mind that's already kind of common (Endeavor, Todoroki, Bakugo, heck, Izuku's dad has a fire breathing quirk!). So I chose to go with light and then thought "what kind of quirk would producing light be detrimental to?" And thought of shadow manipulation, but since physical shadows are more Tokoyami's quirk I changed it to shadow travel, but they have to manipulate their own shadow to connect with another one to travel there (their shadow is still immaterial so it moves like the Nara clan's techniques in Naruto excluding their physical shadow techniques). Since their quirk is related to shadows it should make sense that they feel more comfortable in dark places while disliking bright ones. Experienced bullying when younger due to their quirk making them glow when used (the longer it's used the brighter they glow, with a slow cooldown rate) and was called "lightbulb" by their former peers (similarly to how Izuku was called "deku") and feels great annoyance whenever that word is said within their hearing range ("Wow, you're so smart Izuku! You're probobly about as bright as a light bulb!" Classmate A praises loudly. [Insert name here]'s eyebrow twitches violently in an brief show of great annoyance before relaxing back to their previous expression).

Thirdly, I thought "hmm, that's 2 battlefield ready quirks already, how about a support one?" A musical quirk that buffs up allies while debuffing enemies. Upbeat music enhances both physical capabilities and quirk power while slow, dreary music does the opposite. Disorientation, loss of balance temporary paralysis are not outside the possible effects of this quirk (just need to figure out what will cause them, hmm, volume? Or maybe speed...). Effects are permanent until the user claps twice in quick succession with the intention of ending the effect. Effects can last up to a day before tiring the user when used on a single target, duration of effects are cut in half for every additional target under any effect, endurance training is possible to increase time limit. Side effect is that the user cannot sing, give them any instrument and they'll play like a pro, but their singing ability? Non-existent. Pro-heroes are known to bust in to whatever room they attempt to sing in due to them mistaking their singing as the sound of someone dying a horrible, gruesome death.

Finally, the last quirk that came to mind would be an illusion quirk, not an area of effect kind that makes the things appear and disappear, but actual manipulation of another's senses, making them see, hear, smell, touch and taste something that's not there or making them think the rock in their hand is actually a delicious cookie until they try to bite it via the pre-mentioned senses. Can use quirk to send brief messages to others without it being noticed by any one else. Limit is similar to the music quirk, but the time is cut in half for each sense under their control, which means that they can completely ensnare someone for 1.5 hours or divide up how many and which senses to control for multuple targets (taste is kind of useless for combat misdirection, unless it's a brief manipulation of suprise sh!t in their mouth to create an opening or something, but not something to control for the whole batttle like seeing everything 50cm to the left, masking the sound of someone sneaking up behind them or making a body double the looks, sounds and smells exactly like the user. The quirk is registered under a name to make it sound like illusions of the Zoroark kind to purposely be misleading (something like "false surroundings" or literally just "illusions"). User needs to experience something first in order to make an "illusion" of it, so the surprise sh!t in your mouth tactic prbobly has an interesting story behind it for why the user knows what sh!t tastes like in the first place. This person has a penchent for mischief if you hadn't noticed and maybe a hint of sadism for manipulating an enemy's sense of pain to a high degree, further training may or may not allow the user to manipulate someone's sense of time like Rolo's Geass and/or sense of direction to the level of Zoro (who can get lost in a one way, straight hallway, somehow)

So, in conclusion, possible quirks are

A sports hating box mover that attracts spheres

A shadow traveler that glows in the dark

A bard who can't sing to save their life

A master of tortur- I mean, misdirection in the making

Hero suit; she normally wears a masquerade mask, and a blue and black suit that goes with it. her mask is adorned with small multi-colored gems, and her suit has them speckles across the front and back too.

Quirk:‘miner’ this allows her to use energy from precious ores found in the ground, and make that into a form of energy. the rarer the ore, the more energy that is produced. her body makes this energy into raw power, making her faster and stronger when she does. she can go for about half an hour without a break before beginning to get lightheaded and queasy.

Personality: she’s a bubbly girl, who try’s her best to find the best option on both sides. she considers herself blessed to be surrounded by such kind people in the world, and she’s not too good at taking charge unless it’s an extreme emergency, but she’ll be sure to always try her best.
