I really like this story :)

Really cute story. Spencer was pretty in character, though I expected him to be a little more apprehensive about dogs, due to his fear of germs. I liked how you described him forming a bond with Roxie, and eventually getting his own dog. My favorite part was: "Spencer laughed bitterly. "Here I go again, anthropomorphizing you, Roxie. I must face the fact that I am trying to get absolution from a dog.""

I also liked your piece of backstory on Luke. Very touching. Keep up the great work.

I really enjoyed this. It was realistic but sweet and I like Reid and Alvez's relationship. And Roxie is a sweetie.

I love dogs, they are the best. I have actually talked to my dog like Reid talked to Roxie. No, she never answered, lol.

Between Luke and Roxie he never stood a chance. A dog is the perfect companion for Spencer at least for the time being. They give unconditional love without any strings. They are the best listeners because they don't judge, and that is what Spencer needs, someone to listen to him as he works out his demons

I love the dog concept. I'm guessing you originally had Alex Blake bring a dog over, and then switched it to Luke and Roxie, because there are several times you said "Alex" instead of "Luke". Or maybe you were mis-typing Alvez. In any case, you might want to do a quick search for "Alex" and fix a few spots.

Luke knew just the right medicine for Reid and aren't animals always. I'm glad Roxie was able to give him the right therapy and led him to get Hope. Hmm, a guy could meet a lot of single girls with their own dogs at the dog park.

What a great story. Reid really does need to talk to someone, though. I hope he goes to his meetings, sees a therapist, and maybe finds a girlfriend. Some people online want Reid and Alvez to "get together," but I certainly don't.
Anyway, thanks for the story. Roxie was just what Spencer needed.
