if you made him a first year why'd you make the same age he was as a second year then say it's for plot purposes when that's honestly sounds ridiculous because I hope it's not to fit being a brotherly figure to Koneko cause they don't need to be in the same grade for that then this chapter started off bad you should've had the date be separate from everything he did before it occurring on Saturday

You know that in canon Issei is a second year student and Koneko is a first year

How does it make sense he's sent to dispose of a stray devil alone? even peerage fight them as a team then there's a sparring match with Susanoo when he's 9 you've made him extremely OP not to mention the other characters interaction dont match how one interacts with a young child

if you change a character's history and ties to canon you've essentially created a OC with same name you shouldn't say that your story has Issei as a character because your 'Issei' isn't really him isn't human nor does he have the Boosted Gear

Wow when I was 8 or 7 I actually got nightmares like this too...this completely dark humanoid creature always runs after to me and the only way to escape it is to jump on a dark hole that always appears in front of me so it won't see me but I stopped getting that dream when I grew older...
