My current interpretation is that Harry is physically a boy (as Obito)... nothing 'sexy no jutsu' couldn't change...
Or just as a thought: Because she's in a new body, Harry has it easier to control chakra and somehow gets to be a good at medical chakra... (does she still have her magic?) If not, when she tries to recreate something like self-transformation, it somehow fucks it up and she adapts it for chakra...
Does that come close?

Wait, so is 'Obito' Harry really female? Or is this where the body is male and the mind female? Or maybe the Obaa-san just let everyone assume Obito is a boy... I really don't think that someone can mistake physical genitalia. And considering that Obito/Harry was a year old when his/her parents died... Then again this a world where children under the age of 5 are capable of logical thoughts and cause and effect actions and reactions... O-o it's obviously logical that a 1 year old is perfectly potty-trained... Seriously how does someone miss that? I don't really buy Senile; misguided, certainly. Blind, absolutely. But I can't see someone, especially from a ninja clan becoming Senile... Madara doesn't count.
