I am always happy to this story update. The last chapters turned my expectations around I can't wait to see where this story goes. Great work, I hope we have a chapter from a friend or family member next.
This is on of the strength of this story, you never know which viewpoint you get next.

Asano decapitating Kabuto is a nice callback to her 'How to kill a regenerator' discussion with Sakura earlier.

It's odd that she wasn't asked how she was so certain Kabuto was a traitor. There is a chain of reasoning she could have followed (gut feeling from the start, hiding skills, called in as a medic by the torturers, refused to fully heal her tongue despite showing healing ability), but Inoichi doesn't press her to lay it out. She just says 'and I told [Hokori] that Kabuto was a traitor' and moves right on.

It's also kind of a flimsy chain. Her initial dislike appears from the outside to be baseless. That Kabuto was hiding skills like his combat healing isn't a great look, but 'treason' is a big leap from there. That he was called in by the torturers to act as a medic can be put down to a lack of medical skills on their own part; if she's gonna choke on her own blood anyway, no harm in letting her teammate have access. Kabuto not healing her tongue could be explained away as not wanting her to reveal anything under torture.

She could have given Inoichi some other reasoning after the scene ends, but we don't get to see that.

Yes, this character development for Asano was great, small insights to how she feels were much needed, and her whole physche as a reinarnee

2) The starting chapter, the birth, was a Great hook. It sold the premise of another POV to tell a story for me.

3) Asano character confuses me slightly, I know the point is that her character is mentioned in passing through different people, but I can’t grasp her nature yet. It not Your fault, it’s great actually! But I just wanna know more about her.

Its sort of a dick move to wait until chapter 17 to even mention what the AU element is. An AU element can easily ruin an otherwise good story, so you're setting up people for disappointment my getting them invested before pulling that on them.
