Too much suspense and only four chapters. I /really/ want to know what's going on. You tugged at my curiosity, hard.

I get the feeling that Zoro's loyal support is going to backfire here. Luffy isn't actually wanting it to be secret, he wants them to just not worry and not be scared. I bet there's something in these "rules" that keeps Luffy from telling them directly. And I wonder how this pearl is connected to the monster of his childhood? Did they get into this mess because of a link with Luffy, an experience he had with this same monster, or is there something else going on here?

I have to also say, One Piece lends itself really well to on-journey adventure/horror stories like this. I'm kind of glad to see a story like this (though I try to avoid fanfic for One Piece somehow I found one of your other stories and got hooked... and here I am), because it ties so well into how One Piece feels as a story.

About your writing itself, absolutely superb. Everyone is very much themselves and I can hear Robin's cool tones as if she were saying them. Imagery, awesome. Suspense... is killing me inside because I can't figure out what's going on yet! For that, I humbly request for you to come back to this story and continue it!

I swear, Luffy needs to communicate better. "Don't worry about it" needs to be said a little better. Just explain it and explain why. Now the secrecy's going to make them nervous.

This story is amazing. Really, I love everything. Your writing is fun and easy to follow. the characters are perfectly written. I love how Luffy sees and understands more than the rest of the crew and that they still trust him (mostly). This is the main thing I love about the strawhats; their loyalty to each other and Luffy. I am really excited about what will happen next and I would love if you continued this story. I am always excited when I find a good story about this crew.
