wow, i really loved this, so i hope you can update soon, even if it's been already a year since the last chapter was posted :3
the idea of this story is fantastic, i adore arcturus and his bond with titania :) she can grow up to be amazing and has a nice family by her side. i wonder when she'll meet tom, i suppose that at hogwarts, since the blacks are not known (at least in the canon) for their love of muggles... so i hope that titania is able to be what he needs the most in a friend, i agree that his character had the potential to be incredible and to be honest it was wasted in the canon, so even if i love the hp books, i love fics where authors explore the potential of his character too (even more if you pair them with a fem!harry)
so really, thanks, and i wish you luck in your writing :)
