Jenny: Uh-Oh

Sadie: What is it?

(Jenny shows her the text from Sour Cream, it reads "A Pink Monster appeared at Steven's house, don't worry the gems are already taking care of it")

Sadie: (Worried look) Steven!

Jenny: We gotta go

Sadie: Yeah, back to Beach City!

TIME SKIP

After everybody calm Steven down, both a car and the Sun Incenerator appeared at the same time, they look at the damage, then saw the Gems, the Diamonds, Spinel, Greg, the Cluster, and Connie!

Lars and Sadie: Steven!

Connie: Lars and Sadie?

Lars: What happened?

Connie: Its a long story

Yellow Diamond: But to shorten the answer... Steven got... corrupted

(They both gasped)

Greg: But he's not anymore... its just he... needed help

Lars: Oh man...

(Sadie ran into the ocean to see Steven, Spinel uses her hand to grab Sadie to Steven just to see him covered in a sheet crying next to Lion)

Pearl: I should let you know that... he's in his birthday suit

Sadie: Oh... OK then

Steven: (Sob) S... Sadie? You didn't...

Sadie: Steven...

(During the same time Spinel carried Lars to get here)

Steven: I should say hi... but...

Sadie: Sour Cream sent Jenny a text... and picture from your house... I wanted to see if you are OK

Steven: I'm not well... I couldn't control myself...

Sadie: (Hugged him) Don't worry about it, I wanna be there for you, anything you want

Lars: She's right, and so do I, after all you helped us, we'll return the favor

Steven: But what about your own lives?

Sadie: I'm willing to put it on hold till you promised to get better

Lars: And we'll take as much as possible till you recover

3 WEEKS LATER...

Lars: So how's therapy?

Steven: Its working so far

Sadie: Glad to hear that

Connie: My mom had to be his support just to help him get around

Lars: Thats great!

Sadie: Remember the times we used to hang out like this?

Steven: Just like at the Big Donut... those we're the days

(Lars had a shy smile)

Connie: Something wrong Lars?

Lars: I was thinking about something that Steven needs

Steven: Huh?

Sadie: What do you mean?

Lars: Steven, do recall that day of Little Homeworld graduation? How hard you took of everybody leaves?

Connie: Lars no

Steven: Its ok Connie... I am calm now... continue

Lars: Seeing that I wanted to travel the stars... I know its a stretch but... have you ever been thinking about traveling and seeing the world?

(Steven gives a thought)

Sadie: You sure thats a good idea? I don't want to have him on a mental breakdown

Connie: Just take it easy Steven

Steven: Actually... he has a point! All the time all my life I've been focus on being a gem... but never human

Lars: So... you're willing to give it a go?

Steven: Yeah... I'm willing to try... once I finish my recovery

(They cheer)

Connie: Is there anything else?

Steven: Yeah... I wanna do what my dad did and solo travel

Sadie: You sure you can handle it, being on your own?

Steven: Yeah... sure I'll miss everyone in Beach City but I guess it's time I need to find what I need on my own

(Group hug)

Connie: Wait!

(They look at Connie)

Steven: What is it Connie?

Connie: Lars... do you recall the day I got stuck in Steven's bubble and you tease him about me?

Sadie: Wait... you still remember that?

Lars: I thought she forgot... why bring it up now?

(Connie blush but actually did what she did and kiss Steven in the lips, Lars and Sadie gasp)

Sadie: Does that mean...

Lars: ... you 2 are an item?

Connie: The 1st time... I was going to but his healing spit healed my eyesight... I... needed to show

Steven: (Blushing) That was amazing

Sadie: (Excited scream) I'm so looking forward to seeing the wedding

Lars: Me too

Connie: But for now... let's enjoy ourselves

The times passed as time keep moving! Steven had finished therapy, said goodbye to the gems, his dad, and Connie, then on 1 corner Sadie waved as Steven's car pass by and up above the Sun Incerator on its monitor, Lars and the off colors waved goodbye as Steven leaves Beach City!

Lars: Good luck Steven

Well that wrapped up Steven Universe! Congrats on the longest 7 years run Rebecca Sugar, it was worth watching!

I know "Change Your Mind" aired that finished the Diamond Days arc of Season 5 but I think of a surefire finish of how it was gone in-between!

AFTER THE SHOW...

Sadie: You we're awesome Steven!

Steven: Thanks Sadie.

Sadie: The Diamonds you mentioned -

Steven: Yeah... me and them work out a compromise... they are here to help heal all the corrupted gems that happened 5,000 years ago

Sadie: (Look at the combination) Wow... it's like body parts the whole ship

Steven: You did noticed the arms that appears during wedding crash they cause... they belong to Blue and Yellow Diamond but the bodyface? That's from White Diamond

Sadie: And the legs?

Steven: My mom's... now I operate it!

Sadie: Wow... and you use it to crash my show

Steven: Again, sorry Sadie!

Sadie: Nah it's cool... I'm just glad you found what you looking for

Lars: Just to be sure, the Diamonds are calm now?

Steven: Yeah... I'll tell you the details later but now, me and Diamond's made peace and I already know what I'm doing

Sadie: Lars and I need to talk but I wish you luck with the healing gems

Steven: Thanks Sadie... Lars, you can tell the off colors if they wanna stay at my house

Lars: Sure, I'll tell them to visit, I'll give you a call

(Steven waves bye, then exit)

Sadie: So... did you get to spend time with them?

Lars: Yeah... although it took enough time after hijacking a gem shop escaping Homeworld!

Sadie: I was scared, ever since Aquamarine and Topaz took you and Steven, I couldn't function anymore, I thought you were gone forever... but I'm glad you still live... Steven saved you and was able to return home... he told what happened, what you doing in space, the visits, I was relieved

Lars: I was in the same boat too... I actually died in Homeworld but Steven saved me, the old me died there but I'm a change person now, after escaping with the off colors, all my focus was going home... here we are now

(Both of them hug)

Sadie: Remember that day at Moss Island?

Lars: How can I forget!

(Both of them kiss... not knowing the off colors we're seeing it until the mood stop)

Paparacha: Lars and Sadie are going to kiss!

Sadie: We already did

Lars: (Laughs) Paparacha has delayed future vision! The timing is after our kiss

Sadie: You wanna grab some food from the Big Donut?

Lars: Yeah... I heard Dewey works there now

Off Colors: What's a donut?

Sadie: Lars will show you, he and I used to work there!

And that's how I interpret it! Welcome home! Can't wait for the movie on Fall 2019 and Season 6 which follows the movie!
