Good for Bella to have some self preservation! I completely understand and agree she did the right thing.

Ugh I didn’t like this chapter at all. First of all, Bella shouldn’t have had sex with him since he was DRUNK. He had almost 2 six packs! Second of all, she needs to back off and her friends are giving her bad advice. Terrible. He’s grieving and he had sex with her when he thought it was his wife. She definitely needs to leave him alone unless he comes to her. She needs to stop throwing herself at him for the sake of their “friendship”.

I have to confess i thought you'd make a big deal out of the fact that bree's murder weapon was never found. I don't know, it felt like maybe you were hinting that there were too many loose gaps.

And bella, at the beginning, sort of annoyed me. Her whole approach, I don't know. It just got to me... i don't know if i can put it into words

Loved this story! Personally, I thought Bella was a bit pushy, wanting in on Edward's life, but everyone grieves differently and for different lengths of time. At least Edward was (somewhat) ready.
Loved Masen- he was a cute little boy! And I loved the weekly get-togethers of the girls. (I try to do something like that with my BFF, but we only manage once a month.)

I think... And i realise this is probably a broad generalisation (based only on the guys I've known in my life)... A guy receiving that would probably not even notice however many women or girls i know would obsess over it trying to decode it. However in Edward's case and situation i guess he might be more aware and sensitive to it... Though a hug for a friend after somthing like that could be considered acceptable... Seen more as a gesture of comfort... Yeah the guys i know don't analyse these things half as much as the girls i know as for sentencing... I guess it's if you think about it in an eye for an eye kind of way... The baby had the potential to live say 80 years and bree... 60. So I'm not sure if 50 reflects the scale of life lost not to mention the horrific emotional impact it caused on those left behind. I'm so glad I'm not a judge... I dont know how to know if I'm being too harsh or not enough
