Even if Diehauser owns the town, that doesn't mean he necessarily owns any of the people working there. Considering this is the dxd world, he probably doesn't and they're probably just normal people living their lives. And I'm willing to bet that most of them wouldnt want to be sent to work in some alternate dimension. They would be being denied access to the vast majority of goods and products the word over, they wouldn't be able to see family that didnt live in that town, they wouldn't ever be able to leave that town for any reason. Sounds fuckin awful. Realistically, the vast majority of them would just quit and go work and live elsewhere.

Or, since he's a devil, let's say he *does* own everyone in that town. They're his slaves, fuck em. In what world would Naruto freakin Uzumaki be okay with owning a town full of slaves? Even if he frees them, we're back to the original issue.

It just seems like you spent too much time trying to figure this idea out that you didn't take the time to look at the big picture. *Could* Kaguya make a self sufficient town in one of her dimensions? Sure, why not. Would it ever happen with Naruto heading it? Lol no.

Love this story but if Naruto still have problems with Kaguya being in Madara body why dont he use Creation of all think to create her own body and transfer her soul and all her powers to it? Also he should use it to create new bodies for Kurama and rest of the biju it would be great to finish creation of all thinks and give them humans for like Yokai.

Its such a good story yet for the life of me , I can't understand why it doesn't have enough reviews.

Alright so, I can say overall this work is pretty rough. There are relevant details missing to the point that I'm not really sure how we got here. Naruto meets all these people and does all these things just because?

I'm not going to say that it's unforgivable. Along your writing is solid when you want it to be. So I'll just make a few recommendations going forward that I think would really help straighten the fic out.

- Clearly explain what is happening and WHY it is happening. If Naruto is running around stealing garbage from some faction, it should be pretty clear what faction he's stealing from and why he's stealing from them in particular.

- Invigorate the romance angle. I'm not sure what the pairing is beyond Naruto/Kaguya. I don't know if Roygun is part of a harem or if she's just slutting around. Try to make it clearer who is running with who, and why they're doing it.

- Cut the chuuni. Naruto might go back to the past to save the future here, but that doesn't mean he should be getting involved in every DxD plotline by chance. The entire Belial thing for instance was just godmoding Naruto. When you're writing things should happen for a distinct and important reason, and if you NEED to pull a deus ex machina they should be very few and very limited.

I don't understand what's going on Mini. Naruto just randomly goes to an orphanage to randomly adopt Dulio before he can become a powerful exorcist that might oppose Naruto? I don't know if you're just writing this as a fix it fic or if your chuuni level is off the charts.

I'm not really sure about this chapter? It felt like an enormous diversion into OC territory and I'm just not sure what the goal was. Beyond making Naruto human or providing filler, why the whole Rebecca drug lord plotline?

This chapter was pretty chuuni brother. Naruto and Kaguya make their own country? I'm getting flashbacks to all those old fics where Naruto revives Uzushiogakure.
