Any update on the story, really did enjoy them a bunch!

Hey! It was a while! I'm sorry it took so long, I finally found some time to write a review.
Ok, so that's how you want to do this. I know I said I don't really like the idea, but it turned out pretty well. Keep it up.
After what happened last time, it is obvious that Miku would be shattered. And she is. I wanted to cry when I was reading through this part. Good job.
Now the part about hunting and a need of a way to clean up the mess that a souldrinkers are, as well as hiding spot. All of this is required, but there is one thing that I'm worried about. While they were in the compound it was more or less ok, because they weren't really in the known there, but now it won't be so easy this time. I'm mostly worried about paparazzi and maniacal fans (every single person living in this house is a popstar after all). Yukari shown is not hard to track them down, sooo...
Talking about Yukari, I was wondering how long it will take for her to show up. Knowing both your taste and general fanbase IA pairing, it was pretty much in the known she would do so. And after IA's stutter, I pretty much know you are going to at least make them try ;-)
And now everyone's favorite series: text mistakes :-D
I found only one, so not bad:

It's definitely a swipe dictionary mistake, so nothing big.
Overall it took you a while, but you came back with a solid one. Good job. And while we are at it, it seems you are completely over your block. Let's hope it won't come back. Ever ;-)

Hello there! It's nice to see you post again. It indeed was a while after all. I started to have thoughts you went on with your life and stopped writing. Good it's not the case.
Aha, so this title was going to be used at first, but then things went another way. That happens :-D
About splitting the story into parts: if this chapter were to be a prologue, then it would n't be so great I'd say. Only few last moments are good enough for that, since it shows what will be going on in the future. That said, you will need (IMO) to put more action in the story, not just laid-back and calm as it mostly is in this part. Overall about this idea: to be considered not a new volume, but to indicate a biiig turning point in the story.
About SF stuff: you put enough of that in this part, though mentioning new experimental chips and old lab under some hospital, and then adding Haku on top of that and we have some really big crazy. I hope you will find a way to make it good and interesting.
Now mistakes corner (because we hate them):

Overall this chapter is good, it's nice to see you are completely over your block. Now all I hope for is that the updates are more often.

I'm happy to hear that your block it's finally going away. And while interesting, I think that making another "volume" of the series is not exactly fitting in here this moment. Although I might change my opinion with the next chapter, so with this I will put this matter aside for now.
So, they finally got to teaching Haku how to play an instrument. Nice. And it really was a long time since the last time we seen Miku painting. Quite funny you brought back the matter with that painting. Thanks to that I'm nearly sure you used my advise to read the story again to look for clues.
Meeting with everyone is certainly a nice thing, but I thing you forgot someone. Where is Gakupo? He isn't even mentioned, and looking at lines that says "director is the only man in the group"... have you forgot about him?
And then you went with an idea of "different developers, different ways of development" way of thought. Nice. But as a programmer myself I need to inform you for a future: even a normal calculator in either of OS'es has more than a few hundreds lines of code. A game like sims4 easily has more than few teens of thousands lines of code. If I were to guess, the amount of lines in something similar to vocaloid from your story would easily be counted over a hundred thousand lines of code, and that only for Hatsune's build, which seems the most basic of them all, and what's more, they still add new things. And while it's true that section about power control can be written at the beginning, if we were to discuss about, for example, Wi-Fi protocols implementation, it's done as one of the last things. Just so you know.
All in all, it's a solid chapter, I can feel you went over your crisis, but still fighting with aftereffects. I wish you good luck with that.
I had one small thought about vocaloid abilities, something that is connected with the real software, and it's about their voice. In the vocaloid editor it is possible to tune the pitch, brightness and four other settings that can completely change the way certain vocaloid sounds like. So why not the ability to change their voice by changing the way vocal cords work with the use of nanites? Such an idea.
Yes, no mistakes this time, at least in my eyes. There was one thing I'm not sure about, so I can't judge that, so it doesn't count. So good job!
OK then, that was a painful wait, but I hope we will be rewarded with a good story. So, fight on!

Hello! Sorry I'm late! Thanks for new chapter.
This chapter is kinda... Like something is weird in it. Well, more like only in parts that are connected to Sarge. Something around: "I don't like that character, it needs to disappear.", and being rushed in that direction. Sure enough, he was dumb, but still.
Stargazing, huh... It made me remember that Miku's song "stargazer"... Even though it's a sad song. But stargazing... One simply have to do that with a loved one... Even if, in that case, it's to lure the enemy. Still, it's sweet while it lasts.
And general Akita. Seems like main boss this time. Interesting, but I have mixed feelings for some reason. Neru will have a tough nut to crack. And stuff about getting our group no matter what, while being so ruthless... now I'm really curious how will that end.
It's really visible, how you have your block. It shows in probably the most classic way: quality drop. I wish you for it to end soon.
About mistakes, I saw only one: "But they'll be tacing- ah.". So not bad.

Hello there! Thanks for the chapter!
Ah, so that's the problem. I understand, artist block is really something annoying. Something around "I want but can't". About possible ways out later though, first about this chapter.
Quite important stuff going on. For now it's all about fixing Haku in main group. After all seeing someone in such a pain would shake nearly anyone, so nothing needs to be said about someone close to them. Good to know that they came up with workaround at the moment. But that's not a fix, so in the long run it may bring many complications. So, more debugging it is.
You mentioned General Akita at the end. So I see Neru is one of the next characters you are going to introduce. That... might be interesting. Waiting for that.
While speaking about new faces, I have a few candidates that may fit this story: Oliver (as some stories in songs, as well as a part of the fandom, says that he is a robot in human skin), VY1 "MIZKI" and VY2 "YUMA" (both of their voicebanks were made with the help of computers, not voice actors or the like) and Utatane Piko (USB cable hangs from his back, like a tail, so yeah). I wonder what do you think?
And with that we end the part about what's happening in the story. It's a solid chapter, but that's all. Haven't found any mistakes this time too, so good job.
Now about fighting with "the block". I by myself know about three ways. First - just wait for it to go away. The least reliable one, as no-one knows when will that happen. Second - reading the story from the beginning, looking for things mentioned in the story that didn't lead to anything at the moment, but can be used now. Thing that one could call "unnoticed trailers" or something among those lines. Takes some time, but can give a few ideas about what to do next. And the third way - all someone that knows the story what they think you should write. For example I can say that I think it might be interesting to learn more about Haku's parents, or at least make them appear more in the story. Especially since they think about her, maybe not in the correct way, but still she is important to them. This way needs you to think through those ideas though, because not all of them are good, maybe even none of them fits the story in your opinion. That's all I can help you in getting out of your block. For now, all I can do is to wish you it will be as soon as possible, and wait.
