So, I really wanted to like this story because these are my favorite kind, however this chapter alone is so confusing that it's difficult to read more. I was going to try at least the second chapter but that one just seems to start the same as the section in this chapter that occurs after she talks with Bellatrix in Grimauld place. Other things I found extremely confusing include why the ministry was discussing who was going to adopt her if they didn't already have her as well as the fact that to me it seemed like she had seen a ministry healer somehow and then went missing. Also when she wakes up in what I assume was Grimmauld place it's because Dobby wakes her and she somehow knows Lucius since she refers to him when talking about switching the tub to a shower. Next is the scene directly after with who I assume was Bellatrix brushing her hair and her thinking of her as stepmother instead of mum like she does earlier and then again later in the chapter. Lastly she somehow is talking to Andromeda about what her time at the Dursley's was like with no explanation of how Andromeda was there or why she wasn't turning Bellatrix over to the Aurors. Like I said the I think the Idea itself has a lot of potential I just wanted to give you my thoughts and wish you luck if you either continue this or decide to re write it in the future.

Just one point of confusion I wanted to get down. "Potter's gone ... She isn't dead just missing" why would they be discussing adoption before finding out if was dead or alive

It’s a Cerberus not a chimera. Easy confusion. Cerberus is a three headed dog. Like fluffy or the real Cerberus from Greek mythology. A chimera is another monster from Greek mythology. It’s a beast with the head of lion the middle of a goat and the tail of a snake and can breath fire from all three heads.

That was a neat setup. It’s rather obvious with all the politicking that she’s going to have to go through that Estelle will not have enough blood if her mother only sends it monthly. So it’s rather obvious that someone was going to have to take up the slack. The fact that it’s Daphne, and not one of her enemies. Just is icing on top of the cake. It's obvious that you have meshed two stories together and uploaded it without seeing whether it fits. Please go over your work, this had such promise, but how irritating the inconsistencies were has put me off from the very first chapter.

I have mixed feelings on this. The idea of Bella adopting the last Potter is interesting. The idea of her being a blood-drinking high daylight walker with another party that has a vested interest in her is interesting. Doing both at once just seems like it might be overkill. But that's more of a "too many threads makes it difficult to weave a coherent plot" issue and you can work around that with careful planning.

No, the real issue I have here is how it felt like I was reading two stories rammed together without any real decision about which was which. The order of scenes and establishing description was confusing. You jumped from being assigned chores to dusk, to a long exposition about Little Whinging (as an aside, 4'8" is about four inches above average for a nine year old girl; not malnourished at all), to getting turned into a vampire.

There was a lot of Ministry uproar, Lucius was going to be her guardian, but then she disappeared. And yet when she woke up after meeting Bella, she knew he even existed? How? And where the heck did Andromeda come from?

When Estelle starts plotting and planning it reads a lot like an episode of Game of Thrones... which is a good thing... f%#$ing love GoT...
