I love your stories. Your writing never fails to make me happy. I loved how you wrote Makino's and Ace's conversation, after reading their dialog I immediately thought of Luffy, a fic about how Ace receives her call while having lunch with everyone and tells him about Luffy being sick and difficult, how he refuses to drink medicine unless he talks to his big brother or something like that. And I want to see your point of view how Luffy will tell whitebeard pirates about Ace's last words: thank you for loving me. Anyway, those are just suggestions. Thank you for such amazing chapters, good luck on your exams. (sorry, English isn't my first language)

I loved the story. I especially liked the way you showed Ace's doubt and confusion and how you made Ace join the crew without it seeming forced or that he had Stockholm syndrome. Because even with all the good intention Whitebeard might have had, the situation might look like Ace was forced to join.

Perception..hmmmm lets see

well, the way I see it, Ace has definitely changed his perception of what family is while on this journey. Ace thought before the Kai kidnapping incident that he was being held captive by the Whitebeards, so when he then got kidnapped by Kai he got the true taste of being captured and tortured, and his perception of what he thought of the whitebeards then shifted, because he realized he had never been held captive by them truly. He always had the option of leaving, he was just as he said, stuck in a cage of his own making. His perception of them changed, so he decided he wants to join them. In addition, before meeting whitebeard, Ace would never believe he could accept someone to be his father, especially with how much he hates his biological one. His perception of fathers or parents, in general, was that they always left behind their kids, abandoned them, mistreated them. And now he's suddenly thrust into this world where everyone is loved by a father, and that is utterly confusing to him because he never thought a father had so much love to give, you know?

Anyways, this was my attempt don't mind if I'm wrong haha! also, I loved this so much. Also, omg the Makino scene? Her playing the role of an older sister/mother figure? HELL YEAH WE LOVE THAT! I've followed the story since it started, so I'm both happy and sad to see it has come to an end. I'll always wait to read more from you!
