I went and read this one at your side. I never read it before only 'Honey' so I did it now.

Anyway, I liked the slow building of three individuals (former parings) to become a unit. Buffy's struggle because she was attracted to Spike when she still thought of herself only to be in love with Spike. Made it more realistic.

And Buffy growing up; both her and Spike were hurt in the past.

Sad to see that Joyce isn't supporting Buffy (regarding college), instead cut her off.

I liked Giles though. He knows how short a slayer's life can be (Joyce wanted to protect Buffy, her to run away).

*sigh* Even Willow (and especially) Xander gave Buffy a hard time, totally forgetting that they didn't have time for Buffy when she needed them.

Loved the different POVs too like when Angel thought he would loose everything, Buffy and Spike (18).

Ah I wondered if Spike could kill demons; he didn't know.

Their relationship is complicated (Spike loving both Buffy and Angel but never told Angel).

And Angel hurt both when he didn't ask Spike to stay. I was worried about Spike's plans then but hoping the best.

Wow and what a roller coaster ride it was, including the mating. Three hearts entwined indeed.

And even Joyce accepted her relationship with her vampires. I'm glad she came around.

But I wondered what would happen when Doyle told Angel he had to be in L.A.; feared he would try to run.

Good to see his mates convinced him to stay. Enjoyed this story.

Very nicely done. Great job of keeping everyone true to form and truly outstanding story to boot. Now, where's that sequel . . .

Was worried that this was going to turn OOC, esp Spike or Buffy (your set-up certainly makes that an easy trap to fall into), but so far I think you are keeping everybody's reactions fairly in-character.

Good first chapter. Good job of setting up exactly what things you've changed from canon to make this story happen. I'm eager to see where the story is going to go from here.

OMG! Okay, when I first saw this story posted, I cringed and looked away. Not a huge fan of S/A and the thought of them sharing Buffy - Big NO NO. I mean I love B/S and read solely B/S that is why I love your "Baby Series." But this week, I gave it a shot, because I love your work and let me tell ya...I was hooked from the first chapter! I read it all this past week and was screaming that it came to an end and today I see that there will be a sequeal! Yay! I just love the way you've written the characters! My biggest fear was that Spike would get left out a lot because of B/A but nope, he was like the center of the union and Buffy loves him just as much. Perfection yet again Mrs. Muir. Update the sequal soon Please! :)

Brilliant story. I'm eagerly awaiting the sequel. It's the best B/A/S story I've probably ever read. You managed to keep it away from PWP, and make it into something special.

Love your work. Babes is really keeping me on the edge. Glad you didn't disappoint with a cheating Spike. The hole Donna thing was yucky enough. I like sane and loving Buffy. Hope you find a good way to wrap up that darkness.
