I thoroughly enjoyed your story. I hate that Mugen was killed off but it makes the ending better not so cliche.

I never write reviews. Ever. You my friend, deserve all the recognition for this. Your story is probably the best written thing I've ever seen on this site, and if I'm being honest, it's also better than some novels I've read too. This was a heartbreaking but extremely well thought out piece of work. Your understanding of the characters and their motivations/actions is spot on. It felt like an an actual spin-off of the show.

I've got a lot of feelings about the last chapter and I really hope you continue to write for this fandom as well as an alternate ending!

Damn that was an amazing story. You really outdid yourself here. You’re writing style was great, characterization was spot on, and you used these characters we adore to tell a good story. That ending though... not gonna lie did not like that. It was realistic but still... after all the hardships they went through I felt they deserved a little ray of sunshine at the end of the rainbow.

Ah, I cried! You did an amazing job at portraying the characters, especially Mugen and Fuu and the relationship between them. I just recently found this fanfic and read it in one go. I just couldn't stop myself! LOL It's fantastic. I hope you will write an alternate ending to this fic. I am hungry for more. XD And I want my babies to be happy. They deserve it, goddammit.

My heart is broken, but your story had a beautiful ending. Fuu's dreams of the sea, her newfound love for the sunrise, and her "red string" ties to Mugen were absolutely breathtaking. I'm glad she ended up with Jin for companionship. I do wish Fuu and Mugen had gotten to have their happy ending, but I understand it just wasn't that type of story. Overall, very intense, very passionate, very real. Great job! I'll be looking forward to reading the rest of your work. And who knows, a girl can only hope that somehow, in another addition perhaps, maybe Mugen secretly lives. Xx
