I adore Marius, really! And omg, you managed to make his story even more tragic than it is already, and I don't even know why I'm surprised. You're a talented writer, and your summary gave it away already that this story would be a rollercoaster...

I love that game, "Let's play Hogwarts"! That's a great start and a brilliant way to step into the wizarding world! It's such an obvious game to play now that you made me think of it!

One of the most heartbreaking thing is that he's sadder for not being in Hufflepuff than anything else, but it's also great of characterization-wise: Marius is still a child, and him behaving like this is normal and believable. I would be surprised if he acted otherwise.

I couldn't believe it when I read Dorea stopped writing him, especially since I now know their bond is precious in your stories, but it makes sense for their parents to intercept her letters. So glad she found him at last!

The insight you have of Marius is amazing!
