Ehhh... I was hoping for reborn to be the sun guardian. Wait the bond being complete in don does that mean he's a guardian now? I literally have no complaints if that is the case.

Part-time bodyguard, friend to some of them, and maybe discreetly sponsor him into medical school if he shows enough interest and willingness to take it seriously once it's suggested? (Maybe not right that first second, but let the idea percolate a bit in the back of his head, and have the option open as long as he starts taking serious interest before graduation?) Point him in some Quality directions, to some Good resources to learn from, see what happens? He doesn't necessarily need someone else to get him in like how some colleges take Legacies that otherwise wouldn't make the cut just because so many of their relatives have been alumni, just nudging to the right inspiration and potential mentors/contacts to give him a good starting point if he can tackle it well, point him at the right people so that he has a chance to make an Important Impression all on his own.

Kaiba Corp might not have as much call for major medical staff on hand, or at least, not enough to keep Ryohei on a constant schedule/regular payroll, but it /would/ be useful to have a reliable medical professional they trusted with Secrets they can call on, in the future, just in case of something more serious than bruises and minor cuts. Especially if whatever the reason for the injuries makes explaining things to hospital staff tricky, thanks to magic and Flame and criminal BS. Kaiba /does/ have to worry rather a lot about his reputation in a lot of ways he would otherwise not care about, because he is technically a minor himself which makes his legal custody of his little brother potentially tenuous, especially since they are so much in the spotlight so a lot of people who have no right or reason to give a crap will happily stir up shit to either cause trouble or further a would-be plot. So extra care to avoid rumors of him believing in magic or "seeing things" or falling in with criminals rather than afoul of them as he usually does is Important. They can be used to imply questionable competence in more than one way, and Mokuba being tied to any of those things too earnestly could be twisted to be almost as bad - only not worse because lots of people would defend a child's imagination and beliefs more easily, even one who is as ruthless as his big brother if not worse, really. It could be claimed to put Seto's guidance into question, a "what are you teaching this poor child?" sort of argument. If he and Mokuba were both legal adults, I highly doubt Seto would give a shit except for dealing with the nagging about how it would affect the company for people to think/say alarming things about their boss.

And it's never a bad thing to have someone who can punch through reinforced steel walls barehanded with nominal ease on call and on good terms with you and yours. You never know...
(This goes double when you have trouble-magnets to worry about, and chaos-inducers to mind.)

OMO hahahaha I didn't know I needed an Usagi and Mokuba team hahaha they are so cute together. and with Yugi too AAAAAAAAAAAAAA this story just keeps getting more entertaining hahaha and I can't wait for more Kaiba and Kyoya moments eeeeeekkkkkk

okay, wow. this is honestly so interesting. tbh, I'm not so keen on reading genderbent stories since most of them tend to be on the mary-sue side and so unbelievably unrealistic even in anime standards and nope but this piqued my interest. good job!
