Well cu chulainn is my favorite character and while you are petraying him well your not doing his skills well enough. Hes basically useless so far and has barely done anything special. Also I know this is not fate and they aren’t servants but you incooperate skills from fate so why not add in protection from arrows?

So he's named Shirou Emiya, but he's not Shirou Emiya because you hate Shirou Emiya, but like grown up Archer Shirou Emiya? I'm honestly not followingt he logic there at all. They're both literally the exact same character. One is just the realization of the others ideals. Treating them as different existences makes sense, but treating them as different characters does not. Heaven's feel and UBW show us that EMIYA never lost his desire to save people or follow his ideals, he just buried it, growing embittered by his own existence as a counter guardian because his ideals damned him at the end of it all by making him into a tool that was forced to kill indiscriminately to save humanity at large. Even so, he still ends up going out of his way to save people because he's still just shirou at his core, and just like shirou he can't help but want to be a hero and save others.

Hell, his entire reason to try and kill shirou stems from a desire to save him and prevent him from making the choices that created EMIYA because he knows that he WILL make those choices. Even Archer knows that they're both the same idiot in the end and asks Rin to keep an eye on Shirou so that he doesn't go too far.
